My Story
I used to think I could handle everything on my own. The pain. The
shame. The silence. The breakup that left me gutted, but pretended
everything was fine. The people pleasing that made me resent
everyone and myself. The drugs, alcohol, and porn that numbed
the emptiness just enough to get by. I got so lost I did not want
to be here. I stared down the barrel of ending it all. Because
pretending to be strong was killing me more than the pain ever
could.
My call to action was to quit everything I was using to numb my
pain. I was over it. Breathwork saved my life. Telling my truth
saved my life. Opening up saved my life. I now want to give my
pain and use that as a gift to the men feeling the same in this
moment.

What Is Included
8 weeks journey for men ready to alchemize heartbreak into personal power. More than just “getting over an ex,” this course is a deep reclamation of identity, boundaries, emotional resilience, and purpose. Designed for men who feel like they’ve lost themselves in a relationship. This program helps you shed the mask of people pleasing, navigate the emotional aftermath of a breakup, and rise into a grounded purpose-driven. man
Week 1:
The breakup and wakeup. We feel the emotions behind the breakup with a somatic experience.
Week 4:
Healthy coping vs numbing out. Learn how to replace unhealthy numbing behaviors (like porn, alcohol) with healthy coping tools.
week 7:
How to build powerful relationships. Learning about the feminine and masculine dynamics in a relationship. Learn how to lead from a grounded presence.
Week 2:
The mask you wore to people please. We uncover the loss of a partner, but the loss of identity that often comes with it.
Week 5:
Reclaim yourself and inspire confidence. This is the turning point. Through parts work and somatic work we reconnect with core self.
Week 8:
Integration. I give you advice on your dating profile. We go over any lingering challenges. You will craft your own personal code. Closing future-self breathwork journey.
Week 3:
Boundaries and Self Respect. Learn how to set boundaries with self and other.
Week 6:
Connecting to purpose. Using your pain as a compass. We help you find a life so you don’t have to outsource your value. Purpose isn’t something you chase-it’s something you remember.
